I've been working in IT management & "hands on" support for over 20 years, the last 5 years as an independent freelance Consultant
Before 2003 I worked for a number of large blue chip organisations in technical and management roles, Specialising in the management and support of PCs, networks, mobile communications and best practice IT service delivery
Throughout my career I've maintained my formal training and completed a number of Management and Technical training courses and hold industry recognised qualifications in IT service management and Microsoft certification for management and support of PC, Server and networks
In 2003 I became a freelance IT specialist, working for smaller businesses and developing a range of services to fulfil their requirements and now specialise in delivering independent IT Services to small businesses in London and the South East
